I had heard rumors the feedback was genuine, and it did NOT disappoint. It helped me get to what you are about to watch and enjoy!
– Marc W Johnson (Legacy, Feature Film)

I always thought that once a film is finished (or abandoned, as someone said once…), it no longer belongs to the filmmakers – it belongs to the audience. This festival is the perfect illustration of that. I very much appreciate the fact that your audience took the time to watch MEDIATION in the first place, and then chose to stay after the screening to discuss it. As a writer-director, I couldn’t ask for more – if there is an audience…

matthewtoffolo's avatarMatthew Toffolo's Summary

Gina Lee Ronhovde’s short film BOUDOIR played at the best of Horror/Thriller WILDsound FEEDBACK Film Festival in October 2015.

Watch the Audience FEEDBACK Video for BOUDOIR:

I recently chatted with Gina Lee Ronhovde about her horror and sexy short film:

Matthew Toffolo: What motivated you to make this film?

Gina Lee Ronhovde: A variety of factors. I had a dream when I was 13 years old, and always had a desire to revisit a moment in this dream. I wrote the screenplay for myself one afternoon as like a diary exercise, but I did not think it was going to be made into a film. Months later, while discussing it I was encouraged to make it, and I saw other filmmakers and what they did with short films/funding/pitching, so I went ahead with it.

From the idea to the finished product, how long did it take for you to make…
