[in 1974] Where I am at the moment I know that I could be – if I wished to be – a top-ranking star because I have the power and the technique, I think, to take on anyone and the only thing that has stopped me from being a top-ranking star is my desire to be – which I’ve never wanted. Had an affair with rocker Rod Stewart in the mid-’70s, and sang French on his smash hit “Tonight’s the Night”. When she found out he was unfaithful to her, she filed a $12.5-million palimony suit, claiming that she gave up much of her career for him and that she deserved a large portion of his income as compensation. The lawsuit was dismissed by the courts.

[on Warren Beatty] Warren is the most divine lover of all. His libido was as lethal as high-octane gas. I had never known such pleasure of passion in my life.

Jacqueline’s first film role came in the form of 1993’s Red Sun Rising (1994), and she later starred opposite Harrison Ford in Six Days Seven Nights (1998), for which she earned a Blockbuster Entertainment Award nomination.

In 2001, Jacqueline Obradors landed the role of “Det. Rita Ortiz” on ABC’s much acclaimed series NYPD Blue (1993).
